Windows 7 Won't Recognize IDE Hard Drive & DVD Drive

Any more questions, please use our forums where more techs can respond. I know of no way to enter these items into the "brains" of an external enclosure. One for 15 head and one for 16. This might be a motherboard problem, but it might also be a power supply problem. This will remove all traces of the software.
